Simple piecing of half-square triangles gives you a chance to play with the colors and textures creating a wild, fun zigzag effect. If you’d like a “calmer” quilt think about using several batik colorways. There does need to be some value different so the zigzags show.  This pattern is based on the Lightning Strike pattern by Kaffe Fassett. Finishing at 60” x 75”, this class is suitable for confident beginners.
