Come spend two fun-filled days stitching alongside Mama Lohde as you bring Kailea Kai to life!
Kailea is one of the delightful twin sisters from the Bubbles Story Quilt, and just like her
adventurous personality, this project is full of vibrant color, beautiful texture, and imaginative
embroidery.

Throughout this inspiring workshop, students will learn the fundamentals of wool appliqué while
exploring a wide variety of dimensional embroidery stitches that add movement, texture, and
personality to the design.  Whether you are new to wool appliqué or an experienced stitcher, you’ll enjoy learning techniques that will build your confidence and expand your embroidery skills.

Mama Lohde will demonstrate every stitch step-by-step, sharing her favorite tips and techniques
for creating beautiful, dimensional embroidery. With plenty of individual instruction and
encouragement, students will leave with a well-started project and the confidence to continue
stitching at home.
