Quilting on the Beach

Quilting on the Beach

Welcome to Quilting on the Beach 2027

Where Quilting Meets Paradise

Imagine spending six unforgettable days quilting in beautiful Kailua-Kona, Hawaiʻi, where warm ocean breezes, swaying palm trees, and the spirit of aloha create the perfect setting for creativity and friendship.

Join Quilt Passions February 1–6, 2027, for our signature Quilting on the Beach retreat. More than 100 quilters from across the country gather each year to enjoy exceptional instructors, inspiring classes, exciting projects, and a welcoming community that feels like family.

Spend your days learning new techniques, shopping beautiful island-inspired fabrics and kits, enjoying delicious catered lunches, and stitching alongside friends old and new. Then unwind with Kona’s spectacular sunsets, local restaurants, and the beauty of Hawaiʻi.

More than a quilting retreat, Quilting on the Beach is a creative getaway you’ll remember long after you’ve returned home. Whether you’re traveling with friends, bringing a companion, or treating yourself to a well-deserved escape, you’ll find the perfect blend of quilting, relaxation, and Hawaiian hospitality.

Your island quilting adventure awaits. We can’t wait to welcome you to Quilting on the Beach 2027!
