Learn to make this beautiful 22″ x 24″ wall hanging featuring plumerias. This project involves a combination of techniques including hand applique for a stunning result. You’ll learn the technique in one day, but Cyndy will be available for follow-up coaching on Friday, July 15 from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm at no charge.
